OSHA Establishes Protocols For Dodd-Frank Whistleblowers - Employers Should Take Note And Prepare Immediately

The Occupational Safety & Health Administration has issued a long-awaited rule governing the administration of employee whistleblower complaints under the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 and related consumer protection laws. The rule clarifies the protocol with which parties to a whistleblower proceeding must comply, and establishes the framework for challenging the agency’s findings and administrative orders.
